I'm still alive in case anyone was wondering... lol, just finished a new 'live demo' acoustic joint-ep with Hana Bitowski entitled "Pieces Torn".

Check it out in the discography... also u'll have noticed the other albums in the discography which u cant click on, well they aint finished and that's why they havent been put up yet.

In other news, been recorded more tracks for the experimental electronic album "Variants On The Colour Purple" as well as more acoustic tracks for "33" and also more beatboxing stuff with DsL.ZaD on "Vox Pop 2.0". Also roughly 6 tracks done so far for "A Tragedy In The Art World" and also look out for the Surrealism acoustic EP which I have been producing.
I will also be starting work on the new DKM demos so look out for them soonish hopefully too!

For all of those who logged on for the live acoustic webcast session, nice one!!! It went quite well i thought at least... ok if it wasn't for my chest infection still affectin my throat which kept dryin up every 30 seconds!!! GRR... but apart from that it was ok.

I made a recording from the session, the quality is pretty rank, but i guess it's the same quality as you woulda heard it at home thru Yahoo! Messenger anyway... The recording is simply entitled "Live Webcast: 28/01/05" and should be the first one of many more live webcast recordings to come. Here is the setlist from the acoustic session;

Live Webcast: 28/01/05

1. Paris
2. An Argument With A Mime Artist
3. Agent Memoric, Your Mission Is To Assassinate The Residents Of 10A
4. Choke Chain
5. Ginseng
6. Strong?
7. Queen
8. The Faculty Of Sight
=encore=
xx. White Man Can't Sing The Blues
xx. Jesus T-Shirt

26th January 2005 (AGAIN...)
Ye ye, well technically it's a different day, the last entry was done last night, and plenty of time has passed since then. Basically just wanted you people to know that there is only one song left on Random Acts Of Silence to go and it will be off the third disc, so whilst it is in waiting the first two volumes has officially been released and you can now access them in the disco section. The third and fourth volumes still remain unavailable until they are completed. Also, possibly a fifth may appear which will be a compilation of my favourite tracks from Random Acts Of Silence, as i think there is a lot of dross covered over the three discs. But that's all in the future so for now just browse the disco section goddammit...

26th January 2005
Technically its the 25th (to me) but officially it's 4 mins past jan 26th. Oh well... a little news for ya. The damir disco has been updated with the release of "The Death Of The Tiger Police" which is a collection of rough edge raw demos for hardcore damiricans only lol... The cover pic is stolen from a girl on Myspace and i did try and contact her but she wouldn't add me so oh well...
Also a few more piano songs are done, and im planning on scrapping the the diceology, and just goin balls out on the new damir album.
That's it really.

Stay safe

Keep listening...

Hell... ok its 2005! I haven't updated this since september last year.. oh well let me inform what's been happening in the Damir camp...
I have completed a voice only album (Vox Pop) 2 vocal albums (one made up of live demos, Dead Eyes... and the other proper full 'studio' album, The Inhaling Pause...), a single (from inhaling pause...) and am currently STILL workin on RANDOM ACTS OF BASTARDING SILENCE.
I am also working on Hana Bitwoski's solo album, as well as furtherin work with Mr Dj Dave Montana. I am currently half way thru VOX POP II which is joint collaboration by myself and beatboxer DsL.ZaD.
Also a new Damir album is in the pipeline (at the moment it is entitled "Stab Stab Stab Stab" but is very likely to change), only two songs done at the moment if you want to hear them go to myspace mp3 section to also hear two previous Damir tracks you won't have heard of off The Inhaling Pause...
Erm, what else, i'm still writing and producing more, though i can say any fans of The Visitation Therapy Sessions or Le Enfant Terrible will have to wait a long time if they want to hear anything new, as I have no plans to resurrect those side projects for the mean time.
Also to bide my time I am playin guitar in Surrealism now, and played a show in Llandudno last Monday, pictures and possibly video will be up shortly, and also Die Kast Messiah are hopefully resurrecting themselves shortly so look out for new material in the near future.
Well thats all from me oh yeah forgot the reason why i was writing this... the DISCOGRAPHY SECTION has been updated with all the album thingys but RAOS albums are unavailable as yet because i am a lazy scheizer and want to make new music rather than finishing off the last three songs for it... oh well... BYE

First things first, GAPE have recorded a new 7 track album called "Beggar Su" - you can download two of these tracks from the website HXCMP3. Check em out their fantasmique! I guess i don't have the time no more to run this site how i'd like it to so i'm postin the Gape News here. For more up-to-date news go to The Official Gape Site.
Other news, i've uploaded two news tracks for the new damir album that will come out after Random Acts Of Silence... (just don't ask) as im bein a lazy bastard and not finishing that album off, i'm doin new tracks for a new album at the same time. Anyway you can find these in the downloads section named "Furyk Funk" and "With Or Without You" (Yes, it's a U2 cover...).
Pif!
Paf!
Pof! X

15th September 2004
Hello! My name is Damir... sorry bout the sarcasm, yeah i have'nt updated for a while but here i am doin it now... the discography section has been updated now featuring the infamous "Blaque EP" a split ep by Dave Montana and Damir. A Dave Montana section will be up soon following the upcoming new site design which should be in effect soon. Also updated is the BTEC Final Major Project that was compiled back in July featurin a bevvy of many famous Deadpopstar names. Check em out if your bored. I will treat you all to some more downloads soon if one desires, particularily in the form of The Blaque Song and a cover of U2's "With Or Without You" (maybe i aint decided if i want you lot to hear it...)... anyways take care and dont kill each other x

17th July 2004

2nd July 2004
"Pabo Lane" (EP) has been released to bide the time between the release of the forthcoming Random Acts Of Silence album(s), which at the moment is looking like it's gonna be a 4CD album. But "Pabo Lane" is a ten track EP filled with random stuff that has been found and dug up over the past two years and is essentially just a 'bin' of scrap audio stuff. No-one will ever hear it unless I am being held captive and made to release it throught methods of torture. Eep! Anyways 'piece' out bro!

5th June 2004
Evening people... firstly, in the downloads section you will find an acoustique version of Hilarity Ensues. This is new and is simply an acoustique version of the song. If you have not heard either i recommend you listen to the orignal before listening to this stripped-down version as you probably wouldn't get it.
Secondly, and more importantly, I give my condolences to both friends and family of Ben Jones who tragically died yesterday. X

22nd May 2004
Allo me ol' mucker! Sorry it's been a month... still trying to sort out the rest of the site... New downloads in the downloads sections from the forthcoming album(s) "Random Acts Of Silence". Remember "Choke Chain"?, well a new re-recorded version has been done featuring the vocal talents of Hana Bitowski (look out for her own solo album in near future...) plus also the track "Jesus T-Shirt". They're both free of course, so you have no excuse not to download them, now hurry! Get them NOW! MWHAHA!
Anyways, tutenkhamun XXX

16th April 2004

A new Damir album is soon on the way entitled 'Auf Wiedersehen, Bitch', and more work has been started on the first volume of 'Random Acts Of Silence', the acoustic album(s).

23rd March 2004
Long time no speaky chaps... A new Damir track is up in the download pages, it's called Lotus, enjoy it... or you shall be murdered by a pack of starving seals... im tired leave me alone.
Oh yeah, happy DEADPOP WEEK everybody... this time last year the album DEAD POPSTAR was released by Damir B and finished within 6 days i believe. Interestingly enough, the tracks 'Dead Popstar', 'Qin_Dee' and 'Bachelism In D Minor' were done today one year ago. Not very interesting but anyway...
Ciao bella X

7th March 2004
First things first... the final two songs that were missing from the Interent album 'Vaccum Aspirations' are finally up (Sorojam & Embryo Aborted Version). DOWNLOAD THE FULL ALBUM NOW!!
Secondly, last week's voting went rather well... at one point i was winning... haha now i think i have about 90 and the leaders are somewhere in the range of 500-600! I think i shall jsut acept that im not goin to win this! Haha.
Thirdly, those rumors about double A-side singles... scrap that idea. A new album is already halfway in the pipeline (yes i know i just finished In Fetu & Vacuum Aspirations) because the anniversary of Dead Popstar is coming up soon (DEADPOP WEEK - MARCH 21st-28th) so i was thinking perhaps maybe a celebratory release is in order.
Anyway, this will no doubt change over the next course of the week - GAH! Can u believe it... I bust my hand playing too much guitar... oh well at least i managed to make a kick ass tune as i was doin it! It hurts just typing this ya know!
Peace n' Love
xXx
